Finding Our Life PURPOSE

"There is no blackboard in the sky on which God has written your purpose, your mission in life. There's no blackboard in the sky that says, "Neale Donald Walsch. Handsome guy who lived in the first part of the twenty-first century, who ... "And then there's a blank. And all I have to do to really understand what I'm doing here, why I'm here, is to find that blackboard and find out what God really has in mind for me. But the blackboard doesn't exist. So your purpose is what you say it is. Your mission is the mission you give yourself your life will be what you create it as, and no one will stand in judgment of it, now or ever."  by Neale Donald Walsch
The purpose of life for humankind is GROWTH! So is yours. Actually, all forms of life are under the same urge. Just look around you. Look at plants and the lower animals. You place a seed in the soil for example, water it, give it the appropriate nutrients and allow it to get the required amount of sunlight. The seed inexorably sprouts and grows into a plant (and later a tree, as may apply). You are under the same urge. You must grow constantly. Because you are a three-fold being, you must maintain a perfect balance between your spiritual, mental and physical dimensions.

The essential condition for growth is to constantly get more. On the physical plane, for instance, growth requires the construction of more cells, which takes food, water and air as inputs. In general terms, getting more requires giving more. This principle is known as the Law of Service. For example, to grow your muscles, you must exercise. To get richer and wealthier as a financier, you must invest more of your money in the first place. To develop your intuition or your power of concentration, you must spend more time studying spiritual volumes and meditating. To get A’s in school, you must study hard and smart.
What happens when life on the physical plane is over? The life principle in you can never “die”. It is Energyby essence, which can only be transmuted into other forms of energy. The life principle in them lives on in finer realms characterized by higher energy – this is going “from glory to glory”.

Create a life purpose for yourself which serves as a framework from which stem all your missions and goals. You can also term this your vision. Develop the right viewpoint of the world. Understand that though things might sound chaotic, the world is always “perfect” at any point in time. It perfectly reflects the state of the collective consciousness. When the world as a whole banishes such things as wars, conflicts, lust, vice, poverty, etc. from the collective consciousness, those things will cease to exist. Do not let the apparent chaos in the system disturb you. Focus your attention on the good and the beauty which abounds everywhere around you. Focus on improving yourself in all areas. Focus on becoming an ever growing human being! Your mission is to improve yourself. Do not go around telling people they have to change. Change yourself, and people will emulate you. But always lend a helping hand to anyone who seeks assistance from you. So, what is your mission in life?
"Every night, (and sometimes during the day), when alone, I would start on my journeys - see new places, cities and countries; live there, meet people and make friendships and acquaintances and, however unbelievable, it is a fact that they were just as dear to me as those in actual life, and not a bit less intense in their manifestations.” by Nikola Tesla
